Types of Services
Therapy
The process of therapy typically involves completing an assessment with your clinician, establishing a treatment plan detailing the goals you want to accomplish, and attending therapy sessions until your goals have been met. After the first 6 months you will be reviewing your improvements with your clinician; as well as areas of growth that require continued services. While some clients may only need the first 6 months to improve, others may need more time. That's okay!
During your review, your clinician will update your treatment plan so you can continue as normal with your services. After the second 6 months, you will be reassessed, and a further plan will be discussed during a team meeting between your clinician, their supervisor, and the Director. We want to ensure that not only are you being provided with high quality services, but that you are making the progress needed to become self-sufficient in managing your emotional and mental health.

The beginning stages of coaching is similar to that of therapy. You will complete an interview with your coach detailing what occupational and/or financial issues you are experiencing, establish a goal plan detailing what you hope to accomplish in services, and attend coaching sessions until your goals have been met. However, coaching services are typically shorter than therapy services.
A review of progress will be completed after 3 months of services. During this review, you will discuss what progress has been made with each of your goals, as well as what areas of growth require continued services. Of course, if you need more time, that's okay! During your 3 month review, your goal plan will be updated and services will continue as normal. After the second 3 months, another interview will be completed and a further will be discussed during a team meeting with your coach, their supervisor, and the director. We want to ensure that not only are you being provided with high quality services, but that you are making the progress needed to become self-sufficient in managing your occupational and financial growth.
